Yeast Extract (CAS# 8013-01-2) is based on baker's yeast, brewer's yeast and other raw materials, using autolysis, enzymatic hydrolysis and other technologies to decompose proteins, nucleic acids and other macromolecular substances in yeast cells, and then by separation, concentration and other steps to prepare.
